Fastest Way To Burn Fat?
In this day and age of instant communication via email, fast food, and cellhpones on the go we want what we want now not later. And when it comes to gettting in shape this is no exception. Now I am right there with everyone else on this one. I am not going to sit here and look down on this attitude because I ahve it too. I want to reach my goal faster than anyone. What is the point of waiting around? So of course I want to know the fastest way to burn fat.
Now it is true that good things come to those who wait though. But if we can get any kind of edge on the fastest way to lose weight then why the heck not? From all of the research I have doen I would say one of the fastest ways to reach a burning fat level is to add cardio in the morning to your routine. Now make it fasted cardio and we just took it up another level. Now add in high intensity interval for the form of cardio and we have one of the fastest ways to burn fat known to man. What this means is to wake up first thing in the morning and maybe just grab a quik cup of coffee to get our metabolism on its feet and then jump right into our cardio workout. For the workout itself you need to do high intensity intervals.. in other words a good 20 seconds of high intensity all out sprinting work followed by 10 seconds fo rest and then 20 more seconds of 100 percent owrk followed by 10 seconds of rest and so on for about 4 to 5 minutes. This is a known way to burn fat like a blowtorch.
Hey nobody said things that come fast were going to be easy right? Another way to cut the amount of time in losing wieght and getting in shape is just to follow a proven plan. Following some fad diet or scam is just going to waste your time. That is why we made sure and tested a lot of program before we put our stamp of approval on the workouts that we recommend.
