Best Exercise To Lose Belly Fat
Belly fat is a scourge and a menace. That is the headline I think I would like to see in my local paper sometimes. That is because I have hit an age where belly fat is just so common. It is normal to get really frustrated when this happens. It was not long ago that I was a teenager and I could eat anything I wanted without having to worry. But now is another story. So of course I started searching recently for the best exercise to lose belly fat. A lot of people will tell you that it is impossible to target a specific area. Heck for the most part I agree. You really have to work on your overall weight to hit all of your areas. And it is just true that most of the time you have to build abs in the kitchen through diet.
But there really is a best exercise to lose belly fat. I know you might think it is some form of ab cruncher or something along those lines but it is actually not as obvious. It is high intensity interval cardio. This goes along the same lines of hitting your entire fat storage in order to lose belly fat. High intensity intervals means going all out (100 percent) at a cardio exercise (sprinting for example) for around 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest or minimal work and then 20 more seconds of sprinting and 10 seconds of rest and so on for around 4 to 5 minutes. This is called one set. Sometimes it is all that is needed for the day. This will burn fat like crazy and help to burn that belly fat.
